Healthy Me, Happy We

My artwork reflects the belief that good health begins with ourselves and grows through the care of others. Nutritious food, loving families, supportive communities, and a healthy environment help children grow strong and happy. The child at the center represents the power of making healthy choices, such as drinking milk, eating fruit, and exercising. The surrounding elements show that well-being is connected to the people and world around us. This artwork is inspired by the idea that everyday choices shape our health, and personal well-being can create happiness for families and communities.
