Threads of Choice, I shape my own health

The dreaming face represents my inner thoughts, connected by colorful threads to daily habits. Floating bubbles hold nutritious foods, learning, and active play. Below, me lifting a dumbbell shows taking care of my well-being. Surrounded by tempting commercial foods like pizza and ice cream, I learn the art of balance. Inspired by my parent's guidance, this illustrates that despite outside influences, I hold the ultimate power to shape my own healthy and vibrant future.
