Smoke

I want to talk about the harmful effects of smoking, so Im using a woman whose chest has been cut open to reveal her lungs. Another opening is made in the lung itself, allowing cigarette butts to spill out, as if the lungs are gradually breaking down and deteriorating because of smoking.
