A Mirror Reflecting the Future Good Health Starts with Us

I look in the mirror and resolve to grow into a healthy adult. Surrounding me is a livable city filled with trees and good food, supported by doctors, teachers, and friends. Good health doesn't just happen on its own it stems from my own determination and the care provided by everyone in society. If I take good care of myself starting today, I will grow into a vibrant and truly happy adult.
