Inspired by the growing influence of commercial supplements and wellness culture, this artwork explores the choices we make in pursuit of better health. Surrounded by products promising to help us feel, look, and perform better, we are caught between convenient solutions and the longer journey toward lasting wellbeing. That journey is shaped by how we eat, move, live, and interact with the world around us. Are we choosing what truly supports our health, or simply finding ways to cope with the demands of modern life The artwork invites us to reflect on these choices and imagine a balanced, sustainable path.
