The Home Within Health Begins with Me

This artwork conveys the idea that our body is our first homethe home we live in throughout our lives. The girl embracing and supporting the house represents ourselves, while the house symbolizes our body and life, which we are responsible for caring for. Inside, she engages in healthy daily activities, representing our efforts to keep our home of life strong from within. Her hands symbolize both support and responsibility for our health and well-being. Good health comes from the small, healthy choices we make every day. Therefore, good health begins with ourselves.
