Heather Doyle is Team Lead for Health in Asia and the Pacific at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), based in Bangkok. In this role, she leads UNDP’s regional health portfolio across Asia and the Pacific, supporting countries to strengthen resilient and equitable health systems and advance sustainable development outcomes. Her work focuses on the intersection of health, climate change, health financing, governance, digital transformation, and pandemic preparedness, with particular emphasis on building partnerships that translate policy innovation into scalable impact. Heather has extensive experience working with governments, multilateral organizations, development banks, and global health partners to advance integrated solutions that address complex health and development challenges across the region.
