Colleen leads the MSF Access Asia Pacific Hub, working to advance equitable access to essential health technologies and strengthen regional collaboration. She has over 28 years’ experience working across HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, harm reduction, and human rights in global health and humanitarian settings and has held roles with organizations including the World Health Organization (WHO), Stop TB Partnership (UNOPS), and international NGOs, supporting efforts to improve access to prevention, diagnostics, and treatment.
