Mitsunori FUKUDA is Director of Healthcare Industries Division, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI). He has held positions at METI for more than 20 years. He has been involved in a wide range of policy making areas, including energy security policy and biotechnology policy.
