Yesle is a global public health professional with diverse experience at the intersection of operations and strategy, leveraging an interdisciplinary approach to health systems, financing, and social protection across 8 countries in Asia, Africa, and Europe. She brings expertise in research and policy analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement across public, non-profit, private, and intergovernmental sectors. Before joining ADB, she managed a maternal and child health and nutrition project funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Lao PDR and contributed to policy development on health financing and social health protection at the International Labour Organization headquarters, as well as in several other organizations including UNICEF. Yesle holds a Master of Public Health from the French School of Public Health (EHESP) and a BA from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
